More PPF Colors Unlocked

In the true spirit of STEK, we’ve been busy innovating new products that might be exactly what you’re looking for. Our DYNO line of films has expanded again with the addition of our DYNOtanzanite, a rich blue-purple metallic PPF that resembles the precious stone it is named after. We’ve also unveiled our DYNOprism-fire, a whole new look to one of our most popular color-shifting PPFs, DYNOprism. Color change PPF is something we’ve been doing for almost 10 years, and it keeps getting better.

DYNOtanzanite Paint Protection Film

Take a deeper dive into these two unique paint protection films that will completely transform your car, truck, or SUV. The first up, DYNOtanzanite. We worked with the team at Blue Star Auto Salon to deliver full body protection on a Toyota GR Corolla, from its factory Heavy Metal gray paint to a head-turning rich blue and purple. Check it out.

The new PPF offers rock chip and scratch protection, as well as guards from the elements so that the factory paint is safe from stains, UV damage, bird droppings, and your kids playing in the driveway, we mean, track day (but that too).

This film was topped off with our Final Coat ceramic coating to enhance the already strong built-in hydrophobic layer. This allows water to quickly bead up and carry away a significant amount of dirt and contaminants. As a result, it’s quicker and easier to wash. You also receive two additional years of warranty on the film, extending our DYNO protection to a guaranteed 12 years instead of 10. The results speak for themselves.

DYNOprism-fire (PPF)

For the DYNOprism-fire, we had a beautiful and large canvas, the Toyota Tundra TRD Pro in Midnight Black Metallic. This proven and capable truck can now go anywhere in style. The truly impressive part about this film is just how strong the color shift is. The fire has a tinted base layer. That darkens the surface it is installed over. This seemed to draw us in and make us feel things, good things.

Red Orange Color Change PPF

The new color shift brings out hues of red and orange, warming up its vibrancy as the sunlight becomes more direct. We didn’t know what to expect exactly at first. One panel at a time, we started to love it. This truck and install was done by Tailored Auto Styling.

We quickly got more interest in the new colored PPF too. Designo Motoring transformed their own Hummer EV into an elevated version of its best self. Take a look below, and if you’re in Virginia, go check them out in person. For those detail-oriented folks, there is a lot to love here. Looking closely, you can even see some hints of purple, and it works.

Hummer EV’s have a presence wherever they go. Designo Motoring made excellent choices on the HFX-1 Vossen wheels. In our not-at-all-biased opinion, they made an excellent choice for the film as well. This mean machine now represents some of the best and newest technology available, and we’re grateful to be a part of it.

Thanks for reading, and let us know if you have any questions about leveling up your vehicle’s protection or making it your own with a color change from STEK. These new films aren’t all we have up our sleeve, either. Stay tuned for multiple new product drops at next month’s SEMA show!
